"The Conscience of the Hacker"

My thought's about this essay is I agree with the hacker myself cause I have experience with hacking  skills and how I came to learning about  them was out of boredom. So I can understand and no, entering the deep web isn't a form of hacking it's more of scripted encryptions that aren't detected by a regular browser not that I have been on the deeper side of the web. but heard stories or articles about it. But hacking could be a benefit and a drawback. But I don't blame the hacker for this cause he was bored for learning of the same thing over and over materials. He is blamed as a criminal because of curiosity that's BS and Cop's kill a African man  for no reason and somehow they justify it as okay? BS...
