The Pedestrian by Ray Bradbury first impressions

My first impressions are wow great story has some events similar most likely to what happened Ray Bradbury. He is trying to recreate when he got arrested when taking a walk outside in the middle of the night. There are many similes and metaphors that remind me of the book I read  " Snow Crash". Has some similar format writing and the story is a inspiration from when he got arrested One Cold November Chilly Night.
